Infinity home plans offer a range of fully maintained (i.e. if it breaks, we fix it), wireless, printers, as well as unlimited ink for a low monthly fee. Whenever you need ink, it’s simply a case of calling into store with your empty cartridges and we will swap them out for new ones. If your worried about running out in the middle of a job choose the option to have a spare set at check out.

If your printer malfunctions in any way, bring it in to store and we will repair or replace the faulty unit.

1, Once you have completed checkout including direct debit setup, you will receive an email confirming your order.

2, Within 24hrs a member of our team will be in touch to let you know the printer is ready to collect or if you have requested it, a suitable time for delivery and installation.

3, Machine will be ready to collect, and you will be up and running in no time. If you have chosen to install yourself but are having difficulties don’t panic give our team a call and we will do our best to guide you through.

Q- how long is the contract A- the initial contract period is 12 months

Q- What happens at the end of the 12-month contract. A – You have 3 options 1, Return the printer and end the contract,

2, Upgrade to a different printer and start a new 12-month contract.

3, Move to a 30 day rolling contract you can cancel any time.

Q- Do you offer an installation service

A – Yes, one of our expert can install the device for the additional cost of £30

Q- Is it really unlimited ink?

A – Yes it really is, whenever your running low just bring your cartridges back and swap them for new ones.

Q- if my printer breaks how long will it take to fix?

Once you drop the machine at the shop, we will make a quick assessment and give you a time scale. We can fix most faults quickly. If we need to wait for parts, it may take up to 24hrs.
