Infinity medium business plans offers fully maintained (i.e. if it breaks, we fix it) desktop laser printers ideal for busy printing environments.We offer these printers with inclusive prints to suit you. Simply select the volume you need, and the fixed monthly cost will be adjusted accordingly. Running out of toner is a thing of the past, our monitoring software will automatically tell us when you need a replacement, and it will be delivered before you even know you were running low. Finally, because we know you will have busy and quieter periods, we will carry over any unused inclusive prints for up to 3 months.

1, Once you have completed checkout including direct debit setup, you will receive an email confirming your order.

2, Within 24hrs a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery Professional installation, we will ask a few questions about where the printer will be installed and may ask for an I.T. contact to make sure the install goes smoothly

3, Machine will be delivered, installed, and configured to your requirements.

4, Monitoring software will be installed so we can monitor both usage and toner levels.

5, Our installers will then spend time with your team, training them on how to get the most out of your new printer.

Q- how long is the contract

A- the initial contract period is 12 months

Q- What happens at the end of the 12-month contract.

A – You have 3 options

1, Return the printer and end the contract,

2, Upgrade to a different printer and start a new 12-month contract.

3, Move to a 30 day rolling contract you can cancel any time.

Q- Can I install the printer myself.

A - Not really, and why would you want to? Our experts will work with you and your I.T. to make sure the installation goes smoothly and will be on hand if there is any hiccups.

Q-What happens if go over my inclusive prints?

A - Much like other contract you have in place E.g. mobile phone, we will bill you separately for your excess prints. The cost per page is 1p for mono and 5p for colour (2p on the P2235nd). Don’t forget you can carry over prints for up to 3 months.

However, if you are consistently going over your volume you can always add additional  prints to your contract.
